Whether you've purchased a digital download, membership or course, your email will explain exactly what happens next and how to access your purchase.

The only exception is our printed Customer Order Pads, which are posted to UK addresses.

If you're in the UK and paid in GBP via PayPal, please allow a little extra time for your email to arrive, as it isn't always instant.
